Today was potluck day in the bat cave. Same bat time, same bat place, BUT we had tuna noodle casserole today! And broccoli and cheese casserole, and some type of vegetable “dip” that’s really like salsa but with italian dressing, and meatballs with bbq sauce *gross* and other deliciousness. Potluck day reminds me of free pretzel day on The Office, except that was potluck a few times a year. Mostly holidays, they make people feel like potlucks are totally awesome. Potlucks ARE totally awesome, so these people are correct. Woosaw.
Also, my mom’s in town! Hollaholla! Mom’s the one who made the tuna noodle casserole, FYI. Since I’ve had to work, she’s taken walks and made casseroles and read the New Yorker. I love that she is here, but feel bad that she’s just kinda chillin… but she’s pretty okay with it, so maybe don’t take that on. Good times, blog world! Way to keep it goin.
Biscuits is what Sarah serves at work. Also what Ben says instead of “fuck!” or “shit!” if there are kids present. “Biscuits!”

In between doing a bit of this, a bit of that, I wrote out answers to an inordinate amount of questions about ME. Not only am I my favorite subject, but I know so much about me! Haha, ahh… yeah. But anyway, now I have so much written about myself that it’s almost embarrassing… note that I said ALMOST.

Wooooot! I am super excited to start learning how to pick… before you know it, I’ll be all banjoed out! Ba-da-dang-dang-ding-dang-dang-ding-dang… but more banjoey. Banjo banjo banjo banjo BANJOOOO! Hurray yay. So that’s awesome.
Otherwise, I went running for the first time in a week yesterday and the fat on my legs jiggled to the point were it felt bruised. I don’t think that’s a good thing, jiggly fat bruising, but I suppose I’ll have to deal with it until it goes away. That is also going to require me to eat a lot less sweets, and I have a pie date with Grampa tomorrow, so… we’ll see.

Based on sheer observation, any idiot would confirm that these two entities have nothing in common. However, because I am bored and also because I had a picture of Omega Red and I really wanted to put it in here. SO! Here are the facts -
- Omega Red is a super villain from X-Men.
- Penguins are birds.
- Omega Red is Russian.
- The penguin in this photo is from the Falkland islands. Or Antarctica. Whichevs.
- Omega Red needs to sap human pheremones in order to sustain his own.
- Penguins seem to have no fear of humans, but are curious about them. No report of a pheremone sucking penguin has ever surfaced.
- Omega Red has super strength, speed, stamina, durability, agility, and reflexes.
- Penguins toboggan, or slide on their bellies, which is unbearably cute. Omega Red has yet to toboggan.
