Thumbtacks and Honey

Jason hates honey.  He’s not afraid of honey, some people think he is, but he’s not.  He just doesn’t like it.  It irritates him.  I think that if there weren’t an animal like the honey badger to make honey worth his while, he’d boycott honey fiercely.  Who knows, maybe he boycotts it anyway, I don’t know.  All I know is that I enjoy honey in my tea, and I believe that irritates Jason to the point where he’d like to throw me into traffic.

Jason also hates thumbtacks.  I know less about the thumbtack hatred than the honey, I guess because it makes a little more sense to me to hate thumbtacks.  At least thumbtacks could inflict some type of harm, albeit small… unless you swallow them, then they might tear you up something fierce.  Like an internal wild boar goring.

Obviously, since we’re going to live together, I need to find multiple ways to combine honey with thumbtacks.  No, not just because I’m a douche that likes to laugh at others’ suffering, but because I believe it will help him grow as a person.  It will help him build love and tolerance, not to mention forgiveness as the perpetrator will be living one room away.   So… ideas involving

Honey —->

thumbtacks —–>

are going to be necessary.  I have a month to think before actual move in, hopefully inspiration will strike more than once.  It is fully on, honey and thumbtack war ‘08.  And ‘09.  Maybe even 10.   Pillowcases, toilet seats, refrigerator handles, cell phones, CD player buttons, bedsheets… oh man.  This is gonna get nasty… !
