It Seemed Like a Good Idea at the Time…

Mmm… amidst all the stress of moving, trying to find a part time job to help with the expense of moving, and more money worries/moving worries, HALLOWEEN IS COMING!  Muawhahahahaa… I love Halloween.  I really do.  This year, my friend Dave and his partner George are having a Halloween par-tay and the theme is Hillbilly Ho Down, so you KNOW who I’m going as, right?

Willie Nelson!  The man, the myth, the bearded and braided legend of country… yes.  I will channel Willie Nelson’s energy and transform into him on one mystical night – Halloween.  Actually, it’ll be the 25th, but that’s within the Halloween radius of magic and splendor. 

I want Jason to be Pancho Villa, but he says there’s no way he’ll dress like Pancho Villa.  :(  I guess he doesn’t understand the majesty and respect that P.V. commands.  Whatever.  I suggested Teddy Roosevelt, and am still waiting on a text message response.  So, no

(even though he is the original-original gangsta), but maaaaaybe…

which would still be ridiculous awesome.  Rawsome, really. 

But it isn’t up to me, it is Jason’s costume.  While I would love it if he chose to represent an O.G. or Rough Rider, I think he’ll pull off just about anything he sets his mind to. 

That’s the thing about Jason, whatever he sets his mind to he’ll pull off.  For example, Jason decided to rock a mohawk – ROCK IT HE DID.  Whilst rocking the ‘hawk, Jason decided to play tambourine for a band, play football, ride a bike everywhere he went, play tennis, write rhymes, spit lyrics at an open mic, play drums, dance, aaaaand… about a thousand other things I can’t think of right now.

Yeah, I think it’s going in the book.  Anyway, Halloween will be fun, even if it’s hectic.  I can’t wait to see what other people show up as.  Hoping Cat will be Cleopatra, and that Earl will show up loud and proud as Chuck Norris.  I will definitely be putting up pictures of the kids en costume.  Yessssss… rawr!
